1. Agreement

By creating an account or using TikBoost Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Promotes hate, violence, harassment, or illegal activity;
• Spreads misinformation or scam content;
• Targets minors inappropriately or contains sexual content involving minors;
• Attempts to bypass quotas, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are charged on a one-time basis covering 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly, with a 20% discount). They do not auto-renew; we email you before expiry so you can re-purchase if you wish. Refunds follow our refund policy. Prices may change with 30 days' notice for new purchases (already-paid periods are honored at the original price).

6. Content ownership

You own the content you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process it as needed to operate the Service.

7. AI disclaimer

Generated outputs are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

8. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance may occur.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations or non-payment.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established.
