1. Who we are

TikBoost Studio ("we", "us") provides AI-powered tools for short-form video creation, accessible at https://tikboost.daxium.site.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, OAuth identifiers (Google).
• Usage data: generated scripts, prompts, language preference, daily quotas.
• Technical data: IP address (last login), browser, page visits (anonymous session ID).
• Payment data: processed by Bictorys (a licensed payment service provider). We never see or store full card details — only the masked last-four digits and brand for receipt display.

3. How we use your data

• Authenticate you and provide the service.
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
• Improve product quality (aggregate analytics).
• Detect abuse and enforce fair use.

4. Data sharing

We never sell your data. We share with: Google (OAuth, on your action), Bictorys (card payments), our SMTP provider (Hostinger, transactional email), Frankfurter / ECB (anonymous USD/XOF exchange-rate fetches at checkout time). Generated content is processed locally on our servers via self-hosted AI models.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data retention

Account data is retained while the account is active. After deletion, residual data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (financial records: 10 years).

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified by email.
